If you are planning a first visit, say so in the subject line and we will send the next two open dates along with the door code for the side entrance. The hall sits on the ground floor of the Kitimat Road unit, with parking along the front and a step-free path to the mat door.

Three questions we hear most
No. Fundamentals classes assume you have never stepped on a mat. The first session teaches the fall and two basic positions, and nobody is asked to spar on the first night. Bring shorts and a water bottle, and the hall provides a loaner gi for your first month if you need one.
Send a note through the form or call +16813371229. Private lessons are arranged around coach availability and are usually held on weekday mornings or Sunday afternoons. Kids camp places open two months before each school break and are limited to twenty-four children per week.
Please include the name of the athlete, the programme you are considering and two or three time windows that suit your week. For a camp place, tell us the school break dates and the age of the child so that we can place them in the right group. We confirm every booking in writing before any fee is taken.
Yes. Walk in during business hours and ask at the desk. A coach will show you the hall, explain the weekly schedule and let you watch part of a session from the viewing bench. The first class is free, so you can simply stay for the session that is running at the time.
If you would rather arrange the visit in advance, send a message through the form on this page and mention the day you plan to come. We will confirm that a coach is on the floor, tell you where to park on Kitimat Road and note any gear you may need to borrow. Visitors who arrive without a booking are still welcome, but a short note makes the first evening smoother.
